What is an Adjustable Table / Standing Desk?
Now you have gotten your table. What next? One will then usually buy an adjustable chair to suit the table height then. That was the current practice back then. In this time and space, the new trendy thing is to get an adjustable table or perhaps a standing desk.
These table / desk as what it’s mentioned, is adjustable. You are able to then adjust it accordingly to one’s height and perhaps due to several reasons.

So you would not be sitting all the time while fixating oneself on the laptop/gaming station. Begone belly, as one would not be sitting all the time.
2) Great as platform for your Webcam / Camera
As a streamer, there is no need to adjust your stationary camera and no need for a tripod. It is more stable and if you are a DSLR / SLR camera user, this will be a better stable place to record your recordings. You can adjust the height accordingly with the standing desk / adjustable table. Using a tripod can also get the job done, provided no one knocks it over.
Of course, the only reason why some are using tripod is due to the space, but if space is not an issue, an adjustable table is all you need. Your table is also safe from all the extra problems that could occur if you have a toddler/pet running around the house. Imagine your precious camera dropped after a slight knock and you are now without your camera and you cannot stream for the meantime.
