Problem with the new windows, if Qlikview was installed under administrator account, it definitely have to be run under administrator rights. This happens for Windows Vista and 7.

One way is to run Qlikview as Administrator.

We are using Oracle ODBC direct and can connect if the client pc is logged in as Administrator but not if it is logged in as the local User.

Hi debz,

Well, you can actually send an email regarding this issue to them. After that you have to provide the receipt for the time your husband put money into it. Well a receipt to acknowledge that he has put it into the account.

This would at least make your case genuine to the guys at paypal.

my acct. had been limitted without any reason my husband put a money on t and its jst limitted …
they ask me to send any proof delivery,provide invoices, and supplier contact info. i cant provide all this documents as i am not selling anything on net im jst using of recieving on t… what must i do to gain back my paypal acct.?

Hi there,

You may refer to the new updates I have put up here in this post. There is a contact us button on paypal to do that. Also, if you're living with your parents, you may append the electricity bill or water bill for them to review and state that you are living with your parents. Also do append your SSN or any ID card which has the same address as the utility bill to justify your case.

Sir can I ask if you know a way to e-mail them? I have the same problem with your problem before. I live with my parents and they are asking for my utility bill. I’ve sent my tuition bill but they did not accept it. Anyways, will they accept a voter’s ID?

A new way has been found to email them. Of course, this post has been around for almost a year so maybe Paypal has changed their contact email policy.
