Firefox 3 in Launching
Written by techieDan on December 29, 2007 – 6:04 pmMozilla is proud to annouce that they are launching Mozilla Firefox 3 in the coming future. Well, who knows that there might be a surprise official launch at the beginning of the new year.
Mozilla Firefox is a web browser where it’s claimed to have better security issues and also with better involvement with developers. As of now, current version of Mozilla Firefox is Firefox 2.0.0.11 for Windows.

Yes, after giving a small description about Firefox 2, what’s all the hype about firefox 3? Well, with newer browsers, there is bound to be some improvements. With sources saying that there are add-ons could be easily added with fewer clicks, for example add-ons like firebug is so efficient for developers.
Another thing is that installing Add-Ons for Firefox 2 required restart of browser, Firefox 3 aims to disregard that process.
Well, but what can I say about it?
Aside from the interface changes, if there’s any, I think Firefox 3 if it doesn’t take up lots of computer memory compare to other browsers, I will go for Firefox 3. tndeed after looking through my system resources, found out that Firefox took up more memory than Microsoft’s own Internet Explorer.
For those that can’t wait to get your hands on Firefox 3 in it’s beta stages, it’s now available for download. I will test on the beta and most probably review it once more.

I have been testing out FireFox Beta 1 and latest update Beta 2 for the last few weeks. No doubt it’s faster but most of my scripts and addons can’t function well. I do hope they fix the bug soon. Finally, I ended up uninstall FF3 and reinstall FF2.0.0.11 to get all my system running smoother.
